A Handyman is generally responsible for electrical, mechanical and plumbing related repairs. Depending on the company, they may engage with landscape maintenance employees to ensure the exterior areas are kept in good condition. Here are some common duties performed by a Handyman:

Respond swiftly to repair requests from staff and residents -
Identify and troubleshoot equipment and system malfunctions -
Perform plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs -
Maintain cleanliness in community spaces and external areas, such as sidewalks, pavements and parking lots -
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues, such as structural damage, worn-out electrical systems, leaky plumbing, malfunctioning HVAC units or safety hazards in public areas -
Utilize and maintain tools and equipment -
Comply with safety protocols and regulations -
